These terms are a general summary of how Brandhammer projects are handled. The exact scope, price, timing and deliverables for each job are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scope of work
Only the deliverables agreed in writing are included. Requests outside that scope may require a revised quote, additional fee or new timetable. Advertising spend, printing, photography, videography, web development and third-party costs are excluded unless they are specifically listed or agreed as a separate add-on.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, suitable imagery where required, necessary account access and timely approvals within a reasonable time. Delays in receiving these items may move the delivery date.
Payment
One-off projects and monthly packages are invoiced on the payment schedule confirmed before work begins. Monthly packages are paid in advance. Work may be paused where an invoice is overdue.
Revisions
One reasonable revision round is included unless the written scope states otherwise. A revision adjusts the agreed work; it does not replace the original brief with an entirely new project.
Monthly packages and cancellation
Monthly packages run on a rolling basis and can be cancelled before the next monthly payment is due. Work already completed or scheduled for the current month remains chargeable. Unused monthly deliverables do not roll into future months unless agreed in writing.
Ownership and portfolio use
Once the relevant invoice has been paid in full, the client may use the completed, approved deliverables for their business. Drafts, unused concepts, working files, licensed assets and tools remain excluded unless agreed otherwise. Brandhammer will ask before publishing identifiable client work as a case study or portfolio example.
Performance
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Brandhammer’s control. No particular ranking, reach, revenue, enquiry volume or viral result is guaranteed.
